Kibale National Park is renowned for its extraordinary primate diversity, and the Kanyanchu Primate Walk stands as the park’s flagship experience. This immersive trek offers visitors a rare chance to encounter 13 different primate species, with diurnal monkeys such as red colobus, black-and-white colobus, L’Hoest’s monkey, and grey-cheeked mangabey frequently spotted in the forest canopy. However, the undisputed highlight of this walk is the Kibale chimpanzees—one of Uganda’s greatest wildlife spectacles.

Since 1993, the Kanyanchu chimpanzee community has been intensively monitored and habituated to human presence, significantly improving the chances of sightings. With a sighting success rate of over 90%, visitors are almost guaranteed an unforgettable encounter with these intelligent primates in their natural habitat.

Bwindi Impenetrable National Park is one of the top large primeval forest in Africa and not only in Africa but worldwide, located in the south western part of Uganda in the Kanungu District. Moreover, is one of the ancient nature forest still surviving with the remaining half endangered mountain gorillas in the world. Uganda is a God gifted country to host such incredible high population of great apes which are said to be 98% of human genes. Due to its biological diverse with half of the world’s population which estimates more than 500 mountain gorillas. However, the forest has been recognized by the ‘’UNE’’ United National Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization as a UNESCO Heritage Site for its biological significance. Thus sounding as an ideal destination to visit.

Queen Elizabeth national parks is undoubtedly Uganda’s most famous national park and traveler’s destination. The presence of varied bionetwork to mention the beautiful lakes, extensive savanna,the natural forests and fertile swamps hence making it the best place the big games,  ten primate species  of course including chimps , 600 bird species.

Situated close to mountain Rwenzori, the park’s sites include several beautiful crates lakes that winding through the rolling hills, the panoramic display of the Kazinga channel with an awesome view of the hippos, buffaloes, elephants and several bird species lined up at the shores. With a continuation towards ishasha sector plains, another surprise of tree climbing lions resting on trees waiting to pounce on the Uganda Kobs and other preys will blow one a way.

Uganda’s largest National Park acts as a conservation area to untamed wilderness and savannahs, split through the middle by the dramatic river Nile.

Murchinson Falls is the name that was given to the point at which the world’s longest river, the river Nile, is channeled through a narrow gorge within the Rift Valley, descending almost 50 metres below. Sir Roderick Murchison (1851–1853), was President of the Royal Geographical Society, which was the catalyst for many explorations within ‘colonial’ Africa, most notably the search for the source of the river Nile.

Wildlife populations have largely recovered from the poaching during the Idi Amin era of the 1980s. Together with the adjacent 748 square kilometres (289 sq mi) Bugungu Wildlife Reserve and the 720 square kilometres (280sq mi) Karuma Wildlife Reserve, the entire area is known as the Murchison Falls conservation area.
